One Bottle, Five Ways

Vodka Cocktails for Every Kind of Guest
Martinis, mules and citrus-forward favorites can all start with the same bottle. Here’s a simple cocktail menu built around Weber Ranch Vodka, made exclusively with Blue Weber Agave.
The best drink to make for a group is rarely the same drink for everyone. Someone wants a martini. Someone else wants ginger beer and lime. Another person is eyeing the grapefruit. You could stock a full bar—or start with one bottle that gives you more places to go.
Weber Ranch Vodka begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave. It’s a vodka you can use in classic vodka cocktails, with subtle notes of green apple, pineapple and citrus and a silky mouthfeel. Its agave starting point also makes it an intriguing choice for vodka riffs on drinks usually made with tequila, like a Margarita, Paloma or Ranch Water. Those riffs have their own character; they aren’t intended to taste exactly like the originals.
Set out a few fresh ingredients, let guests choose their direction, and make each drink individually. Here are five ways to turn one bottle into a menu.
For the purist: Classic Shaken Martini
Cold, simple and tailored to the person drinking it. A martini lets the vodka’s texture and finish take the lead.
For one: Shake 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka and 1/4 oz Dolin dry vermouth with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.
Make it theirs: Offer the choice of lemon or olive; those small details can make the same base drink feel entirely different.
For the free spirit: Weber Ranch Mule
Ginger beer, lime and vodka make a crisp, lively drink that takes only a minute to assemble.
For one: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka, ½ oz fresh lime juice and ¼ oz simple syrup. Top with 3 oz chilled ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Make it theirs: Add a few cucumber slices for a greener, fresher aroma.
For the mindful sipper: Skinny Rita
A Margarita is traditionally made with tequila. This version keeps its familiar lime-and-orange balance and uses Weber Ranch Vodka for a different take.
For one: Shake 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, ¼ oz orange liqueur and ½ oz agave syrup with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Add a half salt rim if you like.
Make it theirs: Let the guest choose the salt rim and taste before adding more syrup. The orange liqueur and syrup together may provide all the sweetness they want.
For the zesty one: Weber Ranch Paloma
A Paloma is another tequila classic. Grapefruit and lime bring the bright, lightly bitter refreshment here; Weber Ranch Vodka takes the place of tequila.
For one: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka, 1 oz chilled grapefruit juice, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, ½ ounce agave syrup and one pinch of salt. Top with 2 oz grapefruit soda and stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Make it theirs: Use pink grapefruit for a sweeter profile or a more tart variety for extra bite. A pinch of salt can sharpen the citrus.
For the wild card: Weber Ranch Water
Traditional Ranch Water combines tequila, lime and sparkling mineral water. With vodka made from Blue Weber Agave, the same stripped-back format becomes a refreshing vodka variation.
For one: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka and ½ oz fresh lime juice. Top with 4 oz chilled sparkling mineral water. Stir once and garnish with a lime wedge.
Make it theirs: Offer extra lime at the table so each person can adjust the tartness.
The one-bottle cocktail setup
You don’t need five separate bar stations. Chill the vodka and put out fresh limes, grapefruit juice, ginger beer, sparkling mineral water, dry vermouth, orange liqueur, agave syrup, ice and a few garnishes. Print or save the five recipes so guests can pick their drink, and measure each one as you make it. Coffee and cranberry can take the menu further if Espresso Martinis and Cosmos (our version the Rodeo Queen Martini) are crowd favorites.
That’s the appeal of a versatile bottle: a spirit-forward martini for one person, a spicy-bright mule for another, and citrus-led vodka riffs for the rest of the table. Everyone gets a drink that suits their taste without turning the kitchen into a full bar.
