Directions
- Combine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake (without ice) to mix and break up the matcha powder.
- Add ice and shake again to chill.
- Fine train into chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Lightly dust matcha powder over the top using a fine mesh strainer.
