1. Promotion Period
The Boots ’N Beats NYC Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at [TIME] Eastern Time on [START DATE], 2026 and ends at [TIME] Eastern Time on [END DATE], 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and able to attend the Boots ’N Beats event at Irving Plaza in New York City on November 28, 2026.

Employees, officers, directors and representatives of [LEGAL SPONSOR NAME], its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, event partners and prize suppliers—and members of their immediate families or households—are not eligible.

“Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live.

3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit [GIVEAWAY URL] and complete the entry form with all required information, including your:

Confirmation that you have read and agree to these Official Rules

Entrants may access the entry form by texting BOOTSNYC to [SHORT CODE/PHONE NUMBER] or through another link provided by Weber Ranch Vodka.

Limit one entry per person and per mobile telephone number during the Promotion Period. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, late or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

Texting is not required if an alternate web-entry link is provided at [ALTERNATE ENTRY URL]. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to stop and HELP for help.

Agreeing to receive recurring promotional text messages from Weber Ranch Vodka is optional and is not required to enter or win. Any marketing-text consent must be provided separately from the Giveaway entry.

4. Prize
One winner will receive:

Two general-admission tickets to Boots ’N Beats at Irving Plaza in New York City on November 28, 2026; and

One Weber Ranch Vodka merchandise package consisting of [LIST MERCHANDISE].

The approximate retail value of the prize is $[ARV].

The prize does not include alcohol, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, gratuities or other expenses. The winner and guest are solely responsible for traveling to and from the event and for all expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.

The winner’s guest must also be at least 21 years old and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the venue.

Tickets and merchandise may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All ticket use is subject to the terms, conditions and policies of Irving Plaza, the event organizer and the applicable ticketing platform. Seat location, if applicable, will be determined by Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [DRAWING DATE] from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway are final and binding.

6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by text message, telephone and/or email using the information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within [24/48] hours of the first notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and any other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;

Does not respond within the required period;

Is unable to attend the event;

Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;

Does not provide requested documentation; or

Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner may not designate or substitute another person to receive the prize.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation
Sponsor does not control the Boots ’N Beats event, the performers, Irving Plaza or the event schedule. The event date, time, venue, performers and other details are subject to change.

If the event is postponed, the tickets may be honored on the rescheduled date, subject to the event organizer’s policies. If the event is canceled and no replacement tickets or comparable experience can reasonably be provided, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to award the merchandise portion of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay, performer change, venue change or other event modification.

8. Winner and Guest Conduct
The winner and guest must comply with all venue, ticketing and event rules and behave in an appropriate and lawful manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the prize or remove the winner or guest from the event if either individual appears intoxicated, behaves disruptively, threatens the safety of another person, violates venue policies or engages in unlawful conduct. No replacement prize or compensation will be provided under those circumstances.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice, statements, photograph, image and likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without additional notice, approval or compensation.

The winner and guest may be photographed or recorded while attending the event. Any event photography or recording will also be subject to applicable venue and event policies.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control interferes with the proper administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, violates these Official Rules or acts in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner.

If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the mobile number or email address used to enter will be considered the entrant, subject to verification by Sponsor.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, event partners, prize suppliers, Irving Plaza, the Boots ’N Beats event organizer and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or undelivered entries or messages; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers or wireless services; technical or human errors; unauthorized intervention; or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

12. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that disputes arising from or relating to the Giveaway or prize will be governed by the laws of the State of [SPONSOR’S STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and brought individually in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE].

Entrants waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class action to the extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfill the prize in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].

Entrants will receive recurring marketing communications only if they provide separate consent. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent without affecting their Giveaway entry.

14. Winner Information
For the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, send an email to [EMAIL ADDRESS] with “Boots ’N Beats NYC Giveaway Winner” in the subject line no later than [DATE].

15. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by:

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Irving Plaza, Ticketmaster or Live Nation. Entrants release each of those entities from responsibility associated with the Giveaway, except to the extent prohibited by law.
